The camp counselors (chiefs) are responsible for the progress and welfare of each camper in his assigned group. They also provide care and maintenance of campsite and equipment used. They function as a team member and participate in activities necessary for a successful program in cooperation with his co-counselor, to insure the continuing progress of each camper in his group. These chiefs are the heart of camp program—they are dad, mom, friend, and mentor to each of their boys.
